Where no breach of these Terms is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through philwiner's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
